Food & Landscape Coordinator

The Food & Landscape Coordinator (FLC) is a new role essential to the restructuring of Norris Square Neighborhood Project’s Gardens and Culture Program. The position will work jointly with our Garden and Culture Educator to ensure the success of the program and longevity of the gardens as spaces of culture, community, and food justice. The FLC plays an essential role in the production and marketing of organic fruits and vegetables, maintaining the aesthetic of the garden spaces, and developing experiential garden and health education for community members and youth.

About Us

The mission of Norris Square Neighborhood Project (NSNP) is to promote positive change through youth education, community leadership, green spaces, the arts and the celebration of Latino culture. NSNP is a unique organization that offers youth and community residents a safe space to explore culture and social issues, enrich academics, create art, and develop their food production capacity.

For over forty years youth, through NSNP, have developed their leadership skills, built relationships, and created art. Annually NSNP serves over 60 high school age youth through our after school and summer programs, as well as community members through our six culturally themed garden spaces.
