Family Friends, Program Coordinator

The Family Friends program, an intergenerational respite program supporting families raising children with special needs, is looking for a part-time (32 hours/week) Program Coordinator.

Operating out of the Intergenerational Center at Temple University, this individual will provide integrated case management, respite opportunities, and other support services to vulnerable families. He/she also will have primary responsibility for coordinating an older adult volunteer program that supports families – including parents and kinship caregivers – who are raising children with special needs.

Preferred experience: MA in human services-related field, 3-5 years clinical work with vulnerable families, experience working in diverse communities, and skills in program development, case management, volunteer coordination, outreach, and public speaking,
