Philadelphia Wooden Boat Factory: Executive Director. Youth development and educational non-profit organization seeks a motivated individual to lead the organization into its next phase of life. Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate an understanding of financial non-profit management, possess an ability to work with foundations and donors, and understand organizational development needs. Responsibilities include managing a small staff, expanding outreach to schools, organizations, and students while overseeing fundraising requests, and communication with the Board of Directors.
