Description:
The Bi-Lingual Educational Advisor reports to the Talent Search Coordinator of ASPIRA, Inc. of Pennsylvania and is responsible for the assessment of student’s needs, implementation of program and activities to meet these needs, maintaining up-to-date files on each student, and preparing statistical report. The Bi-Lingual Educational Advisor will be assigned to a school or program which he/she will work for designated times and days.
Additional Qualifications:
Must possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a related field. Must be bi-lingual (Spanish/English).
Must have knowledge of the needs of the participant who qualify for the program. Must be familiar with the educational system in Philadelphia’s School District and Archdioceses of Philadelphia.
