Governor Rendell has proposed significant new investments in the state’s system of early care and education, including the establishment of Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts, the expansion of the Keystone Stars quality improvement and the Child Care Works subsidy programs next year. What will this mean for Delaware County children and families? Join researchers, educators, law enforcement officials and community leaders to discuss these programs.
