Director of Grants and Stewardship

ORGANIZATION SUMMARY
Philadelphia Futures (a merger and reorganization of White-Williams Scholars with Philadelphia Futures) provides Philadelphia’s high-potential, economically disadvantaged, college-bound students with rigorous and life-changing programs and resources as they make their journey to and through college.  The organization aims to reduce the institutional, academic, social and financial barriers that exclude low-income students from college entrance and college success.

This merger of the two organizations – a merger of both mission and purpose — has allowed the newly reorganized organization to leverage its combined resources to create even greater opportunities for students across Philadelphia.  While some non-profits are struggling in the recent economic landscape, Philadelphia Futures took a bold organizational move forward to ensure that it would be prepared to help students systemically far into the future.
