Director of Curriculum – Center for Professional Development in Career and Technical Education

The Center for Professional Development in Career and Technical Education in the College of Education at Temple University is a grant funded program charged with delivering field-based teacher education programming in a specialized setting. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of curriculum and Certification will be responsible for overseeing all field-based undergraduate /graduate certification program and their respective curricula to effective delivery of certification services. S/he will supervise staff, represent the Center at conferences as needed, oversee research projects, audit preparation and ensure great customer service to all stakeholders. S/he will also perform other duties associated with the daily operation of the Center, and evaluate, guide, and coordinate program activities to ensure proper accountability and compliance with contract requirements. Complete grant contract requirements, convene meetings with stakeholders to share progress, troubleshoot issues and perform other duties as assigned.
