Development Manager

National office in Philadelphia, PA – All US candidates will be considered (Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all staff are currently remote and will remain remote until further notice.). This position is open to candidates in any region – remote position.

We seek a passionate individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and excited to help us create and maintain our funding streams, and who wants to hasten the growth of Challah for Hunger with those skills. Our Development Manager will lead the organization’s fundraising and communications efforts, working closely with the programming team to ensure the voices of those we serve are integrated into our development work.

We are looking for someone with superior communications skills, who has a “Yes, and” attitude, and is energized by cultivating meaningful relationships with a variety of people. We need someone who is flexible, loves collaborating with a growing staff, and is nimble in an ever-changing landscape.
