Development Coordinator, Delaware Valley Earth Force

Dear Earth Force Community Partners: The demand for our program continues to grow and we are hoping that you can assist us in our search to find a development coordinator who can help us grow our funding base, as well. Development Coordinator: Works closely with the Executive Director and the Board to develop and implement long-range and annual fundraising plans. Our goals are to increase environmental literacy and stewardship, provide educators with outstanding professional development opportunities, develop youth citizenship and communication skills, and provide innovative programs that address Pennsylvania Academic Standards in Environment and Ecology through the Earth Force process. Identifies, researches, cultivates, and solicits funding support from individuals, foundations, corporations, government and other sources. BA, excellent communication skills, proficient computer skills required. Minimum of 3 years of development experience in educational and/or environmental setting, proven track record in corporate and foundation grant writing preferred. Self-starter, must work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
