Delaware Teaching Fellows
Delaware Teaching Fellows is an alternate certification program, committed to helping outstanding mid-career changers and recent college graduates enter the teaching profession in Delaware. Fellows will become part of a powerful network of educational leaders, working with other educators to make systemic improvements in Delaware’s public schools, one classroom at a time. We operate one admission and training cycle per year to bring exceptional teachers into high-need schools across the state in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties. After completing a summer training program, Fellows enter classrooms in the fall, where they earn a full-time salary as they teach and attend classes to earn certification.
