  • Assures compliance to Federal/State regulations and with all funding contract requirements, e.g. client files, services, reports, review legal documents for compliance purposes, etc.
  • Maintains database and MIS
  • Establishes a clear and streamlined strategy for implementing data management, data access/ presentation, and data maintenance for all primary program areas.
  • Maintain management system required for the agency to adequately complete outcome measurements for all program areas. Primary outcome measures would include financial, social impact and program participation.
  • Maintains annual grant and reports schedule
  • Writes State and other grant reports as necessary
  • Set up client files to comply with contract requirements
  • Review of client files for compliance with all grant contracts
  • Manages Advisory Council Activities
