On behalf of the Philadelphia Food Policy Advisory Council (FPAC), the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Sustainability is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide consultant support for FPAC’s Strategic Planning Process to Uproot Racism and Center Equity.
