Computing workshops for teachers
Posted by on July 02, 2012
Please spread the word to the K-12 teachers that you know about two Google-sponsored computing workshops described here: https://sites.google.com/site/cstaphilly/rebootrenewretreat
The first workshop (Reboot, Renew, Retreat), on Mon-Wed Aug 13-15, is for any K-12 teacher interested in computing. (Only 10 seats are left!)
The second (Google CS4HS), on Thurs/Fri Aug 16-17, is primarily for AP computer science teachers who already know Java. (15 seats are left.)
Participants who take the train to Villanova may contact Jean in advance to make arrangements for transportation to and from the conference center (griffin@seas.upenn.edu).
We are grateful to Google and CSTA (Computer Science Teachers Assn.) for their
generous support!
