MCIC’s Community Development, Government, & Banking Forum is right around the corner!

MCIC’s annual Community Development, Government, and Banking Forum will take place on Tuesday, February 10th. Last year’s event featured national speakers and showcased MCIC’s exciting research methodologies, new findings, best practices and applied techniques. This is a “Don’t Miss” event for community lenders, community development practitioners, policy makers and government program representatives.

Possible presentations include:

* Matricula Consular cards: continuing the analysis
* Community banking needs: new insights on products, services and more
* Mortgage foreclosure prevention strategies
* Impact fees and exurban boom towns
* Business retention strategies and best practices
* Big and green: new market strategies for industrial parks and corridors
* From “bottomed out” to “gentrified” – the stages of community change and how to predict them
* The techniques, methodologies, and outcomes of community building forums: a “how to” session

The Forum is free but space is limited so save your seat today! Last year’s event reached maximum capacity, so register early online at http://www.mcic.org and be among the first to receive a detailed agenda as soon as it is released.
