To that end, the foundation welcomes applications from organizations in the Pennsylvania counties of Philadelphia and Montgomery for grants of up to $20,000 a year for up to three years in support of community-based youth arts education, equity, literacy, and leadership programs, as well as efforts to promote justice within the criminal legal system, especially for youth and/or women.

To be eligible, applicants must be tax-exempt as defined under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code or have a fiscal sponsor with such status, serve residents of Montgomery and/or Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania, and have an annual budget of no more than $1 million.
