Case Manager- Northwest Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network
Northwest Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network, a congregational-based shelter program for homeless families, is looking for a case manager to work with the families in our program. This person will also assume leadership of our new mentoring program and will interact with many wonderful volunteers.
The position is 30 hrs. per week; benefits are negotiable; hours are flexible; occasional evening and weekend on-call ; MSW preferred; at least two years experience in social service agency required as well as knowledge of community resources, counseling skills, and sensitivity to the needs of homeless families. Access to a reliable insured automobile is required.
