The Center Foundation – Career Navigator
The Center Foundation is seeking a full-time Career Navigator for a new career-focused mentoring and job coaching program aimed at assisting young parents, ages 16-24 in achieving their vocational goals. The Career Navigator will guide career exploration; provide linkages to the Job Coach and the Program Managers of The Center Foundation’s mentoring programs WomenCare and the Young Parents Support Network; facilitate placements to outside providers including employers and internship hosts; and evaluate the program.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years experience in workforce development or related field. To apply, email a letter and resume with salary requirements to Susan K.
