Career Development and Financial Stability Program, Deadline to apply, Nov. 3

MindSet is 3-5 year program for motivated adults seeking career development and financial stability. This cutting edge program pairs one-on-one coaching and group training in the five core areas believed to impact upward mobility (Family Stability, Health and Well-Being, Financial Management, Education and Training, and Employment and Career Management,) to help individuals set goals, develop skills, and achieve self-sufficiency. In addition to customized trainings, MindSet participants are also eligible for two types of monetary incentives: cash incentives for goal attainment and a 2 to 1 cash match on the money they save in a designated savings account.
We are looking for individuals who are open-minded, dependable, motivated, who are seeking career advancement, upward mobility, and economic self-sufficiency. Unlike other programs, MindSet does not require a full-time commitment. Participants can expect to spend approximately 15-20 hours per month on MindSet activities.
