The American College Health Foundation is inviting applications for its ACHF College Well-Being Funding Opportunity.
Through the program, up to two grants of $3,500 will be awarded to institutions of higher education to create or improve underlying campus infrastructure (e.g., networks, resources, tools, structures, coalition-building) in a manner that improves the well-being of students, as evidenced through creative programming and outcomes research initiatives.
The award embraces a focus on well-being (i.e., a more encompassing reference to individuals, population, and an environmental state of being). Because the foundation believes it is time to apply fresh thinking as to how society dedicates and applies its resources to positively impact the quality of students’ lives, this award in intended to stimulate creative, new approaches to well-being-focused programming that includes measurable evaluation-driven outcomes.
To be eligible, applicants must be an ACHA Institutional or Individual Member. Exceptions to this are applicants who work or attend an ACHA Member Institution and are sponsored by the Representative Member at that institution (RMIs).
