Camp Director
Provides leadership to a variety of branch activities including day camp, adolescent services, teen programs & collaborations. Recruits, supervises and develops competent values and mission driven staff. Cultivates positive and supportive relationships with parents & volunteers. Ensures effective community collaborations to support and enhance services. Accountable for personnel development, budgeting and financial results management of the assigned areas of responsibility. Increases contributed support and improves financial development culture through current support leadership, fund raising projects and grants.
