Call for Proposals: Creative Aging Conference

Proposals sought for Creative Aging Conference in Philadelphia
The National Center for Creative Aging (NCCA) and LeadingAge will present the 2018 Creative Aging Conference on October 26-27 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
The conference will help senior-serving professionals find innovative solutions to challenges and discover new ways to improve creative aging programs. NCCA is now accepting proposals for presentations at the conference. Formats can include interactive workshops, panel discussions, hands-on art projects or skill-building sessions.
Submissions will be reviewed based on overall quality, clarity and content; relevance of topic and applicability of concepts to aging services providers; presentation delivery and/or education methods; and experience and knowledge level of speakers. Inclusion of older adults in sessions where the content touches on their experience is encouraged. The submission deadline is April 15.
