NEXT STOP: DEMOCRACY!
Deadline = Friday, June 19th
Can art create action, and can artists help increase voter turnout? We aim to find out, and we’re looking for creative people to help us!
Next Stop: Democracy! will generate a greater sense of excitement for Election Day through a city-wide art installation on November 3rd.
We’re looking for 25 artists to make creative, eye-catching signs for select polling places.
Winning artists will receive $250 to help them create their sign and an exclusive photo profile by Conrad Benner, founder of @StreetsDept and one of Philadelphia’s most famous Instagrammers.
