Caring People Alliance is seeking a Business Development Coordinator for Database and Evaluation. The position will provide operational, administrative, and clerical support to CPA programs and Business Development Division. Responsibilities include managing Efforts to Outcomes database including staff training, database design for individual programs and routine and special reporting requirements; managing the DonorPerfect database used by both the Development and Business Development Departments including generating reports and letters; assisting in the preparation, writing, editing and completion of internal and external reports; conducting program analysis and evaluations; developing evaluation plans for RFPs and other applications; supporting staff in evaluation activities for specific programs; conducting staff surveys, needs assessments and training to support a rigorous, outcomes-oriented approach to program services; and assisting with contracts, including compliance, and reporting.
