Job Title: Ad-book Marketing Coordinator

Description: Sell ads and sponsorships for the 2006 Tribute to Change program book/resource directory. Duties include preparing solicitation letters, mail merges, mailings and telephone follow-up to mailings, as well as maintaining clear records of the sales results.

Requirements: Strong oral and written communications skills. Prior sales or fundraising experience preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with telephone sales work. Knowledge of database software, Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word mail merge systems a plus.

Time Commitment: February through May. Part-time. Daytime hours with some evenings for telephone follow-up. Hours vary depending on workload (averages 15 hours per week). Work can be done from home or in the Bread & Roses office. There will be regular supervision and support from Bread & Roses staff.
