Overview:
The Big Brothers Big Sisters Fellowship Program is a two-year, post-graduate leadership and non-profit development program. The Fellowship is designed for graduating seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and vision of Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern Pennsylvania (BBBS SEPA) and who will become high-impact leaders in the nonprofit, business and government sectors.

During the first year of the fellowship, BBBS SEPA supports fellows by offering a integrated work experience in the non-profit arena; essentially a ?tour? throughout all components of one of the top non-profit organizations in Philadelphia. The second year includes more specialized interest work within the agency which may include: fundraising, marketing, program development, program evaluation or partnership development.

The members of the inaugural fellowship class of 2008-2009 are selected based on campus and community activism, leadership skills, and a willingness to improve the lives of children in Philadelphia through passion, teamwork and commitment- all which characterize BBBS SEPA.
