Associate Director of Operations, Year Up

The Associate Director of Operations (Philadelphia, PA) reports directly to the Executive Director and will lead and support the efficiency and growth of the site in partnership with the local leadership team. This person is responsible for helping to determine the overall work of the team by translating site goals and expectations into deliverables and targets. The Associate Director of Operations (Philadelphia, PA) will oversee and manage everything from finance to human resources and professional development of staff.

To be successful in this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading efforts to constantly and consistently improve the site’s operational performance. You’re someone who is skilled at anticipating the needs of others and proactively takes on new challenges to support business needs. As a thought partner to the senior leadership team, you will define and delegate projects, serving as a leader to your team and working with and across other departments. You will be responsible for not only developing operational strategies, but also implementing them and ensuring that site goals and targets are met.
