The Landis Center for Community Engagement (Landis Center) supports community-based learning and research, student leadership, and other community engagement activities.

The Assistant Director for Student Engagement and Leadership (SEL) manages all aspects of the Landis Center’s Leadership through Service programs. The Assistant Director of SEL supervises a team of student program coordinators.  The Assistant Director for SEL also facilitates and oversees the community engagement activities of the College’s Greek organizations. The Assistant Director for SEL collaborates with community partner organizations in the development of mutually beneficial programs, initiatives, and projects and collaborates with offices in both the campus life and academic divisions of the College to facilitate these partnerships. The Assistant Director for SEL also supports general operations of the Center including strategic, marketing, and budgetary planning. The Assistant Director for SEL assists the Director of the Landis Center for Community Engagement and the Assistant Director for Community-Based Learning and Research (CBLR) of the Landis Center in the support of community-based learning and research initiatives and helps to identify, develop, and apply for local, state, and national grants.

This position is a full-time position with benefits.  Ideally, the Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Leadership will join the LCCE staff July 1st.
