AIDS Education Month events and activities

Posted by Philadelphia FIGHT on April 30, 2019

Since 1994 Philadelphia FIGHT has hosted AIDS Education Month (AEM), a series of events throughout Philadelphia to increase AIDS awareness and to bring people together to find strategies to combat the virus.

What is AIDS Education Month?
June 2019 will mark the 25th year of AIDS Education Month (AEM). AEM is a series of educational events throughout Philadelphia promoting HIV/AIDS education in the month of June. Our various events strive to increase awareness of this public health matter with current information around treatment and strategies to combat the virus. Over the course of many years, we have reached over 15,000 individuals with HIV/AIDS education.
