4th Annual Nutrition and Health Conference
Co-sponsored by the University of Arizona Program in Integrative Medicine and Columbia University’s Rosenthal Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, the conference will take place May 14-16, 2007 in San Diego, CA at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel.
Nutrition and Health Conference – Featured Speakers – Tuesday, May 15 – 5:30-7:30 pm
The conference will present the latest research on the science of nutrition and will emphasize practical clinical applications for physicians, dietitians, nurses and other health professionals.
An outstanding faculty of internationally known scientific researchers, skilled clinicians, innovative chefs and best-selling authors will present on the interface between nutrition and healthful living. Topics will include the latest developments in nutritional health, research findings on the value of specific foods, and nutritional recommendations for specific conditions such as cardiovascular disease, eating disorders, cancer, diabetes, mental health, gluten sensitivity, pediatric obesity and pregnancy.
