CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
Dates: October 17 to November 9, 2016
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday –9:00 am –1:00 pm

PROGRAM INCLUDES:
Training, study materials & fee for National Retail Federation (NRF) Customer Service & Sales exam
Job search assistance
APPLICANTS MUST:
Be at least 18 years old
Test at a 10th grade level in Language Arts and an 8th grade level in Math
Be able to meet the physical and background clearance requirements of retail/ customer service work
Be able to attend all sessions
Pay $25 training fee (scholarships available)
