2007 Summit on Your City?s Families: Sept. 30-Oct. 3, 2007
The 2007 National Summit on Your City?s Families will take place Sept. 30-Oct. 3, 2007, in San Antonio, Texas, at the Westin Riverwalk Hotel. The biennial Summit is the largest gathering of municipal officials in the country working to improve the lives of children, youth, and families, with attendance ranging from 300-500 participants. Mayors, councilmembers, senior municipal staff, and school and community partners are invited to attend this event individually or as part of a city team. Participants will have the opportunity to learn new ideas at a series of plenary sessions, workshops, and panel discussions that they can take back home to improve their own communities.
