12+ Fellows Initiative

Calling all recent college grads and current grads-to-be! Are you passionate, patient, and a team player? Do you have a heart for empowering students and communities? YOU have the opportunity to join our team in the 3rd year of our FELLOWS INITIATIVE!
With guided oversight from 12+ headquarters, Fellows will be commissioned to create a college-going culture within our PLUS Center, where they will be staffed full-time to create one-on-one relationships with students of all grade levels and to focus on programming, teaching, and empowering students to go beyond the 12th grade.
We challenge you to expect more from the city, our students, and yourselves. We challenge you to be the change–to join us in showing others that a small group of dedicated individuals can truly change the world.
